No Returns Policy:
As all our dresses are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.

Exceptions:
We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Dress Not as Described: If the received gown does not match the original design, you must provide photographic proof for comparison.
  • Damaged Items: If the gown arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damage.

Return Process for Exceptions:

  • Include detailed photos and a description of the issue.
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Refunds for Exceptions:

  • Refunds for approved cases will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned gown.
  • Shipping costs for returning the item are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
